Property is managed and cared for by the owners, not a property mgmt company. Landlord pays for water and garbage. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Each apt. has its's own gas and electric meter so you just pay for your usage.
Non-refundable one time pet deposit of $200 and acceptable pet references.
