About this House

Spacious and bright three levels town house, near Fort Detrick, is conveniently located closer to shopping and downtown Frederick. This end-unit property with total living space of 2,150 sf (excluding basement) and one car garage, has three bedrooms and two and half baths with a beautiful rear view on the deck overlooking at county park. The community is quiet with ample visitor parking spaces and a swimming pool.

All floors have been replaced with laminate except tile in kitchen and basement levels.

Open house on Saturday, 4/24/21 between 12-5 PM.

Attentions please:

Since I have received overwhelming responses from over 79 applicants plus more than 23 applications so far, I have to ask those whose credit score is not excellent (under 700) or moving date after May 15, please do not come to our open house (Saturday, 4/24 between 12-5 PM) or submit applications.

Due to COVID-19 situation for limiting number of people inside the property at one time, I have figured the best way is to let each applicant to check out the property for 5-10 minutes, before the next applicant is going inside, while I can answer questions the first may have outside the house.
