The fully-stocked garage and house is designed for comfort, outfitted for fun, equipped for relaxation, and conveniently located. There are two living areas and two full bathrooms so you never feel crowded. Catch the morning sunrise on the front patio or gather out back for al fresco dining and a late night fire.

"Joy in the Morning" is located in a quaint, walkable neighborhood that is great for biking, running, and walking. Just down the street is a large, private beach.

The neighborhood also has a park a few houses away. It includes a tennis court, swings, softball field, grassy area, and basketball court.

You can walk to Sand Bar, Marconi's Italian Restaurant, Dairy Queen, Drug Mart, or the local grocery store. There is a free public boat launch about a mile away.

This property boasts a lot and a half, plus a 2 car attached garage--a rarity in this neighborhood. Half of the garage is available for a vehicle. The other half holds the kayak, bikes, red wagon, umbrella, beach gear, fire pit, hammock, grill, and outdoor toys. The double wide drive way provides plenty of free, convenient parking.
