About this House

Light, bright, and beautifully maintained, this 2020-built Andrew's Chapel townhome offers the kind of flexible floor plan that's hard to find! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a dedicated main-floor office, and an upstairs loft, there's room to work, relax, and spread out without sacrificing bedroom space. Nine-foot smooth ceilings and LVP flooring enhance the open main level, where the kitchen, dining, and family rooms flow seamlessly together. The kitchen shines with a large granite center island, white shaker cabinetry, stainless appliances, gas cooking, vented microwave, upgraded pendant lighting, and built-in pantry storage. A gas fireplace adds warmth to the family room, while the screened porch and adjoining patio extend the living space outdoors. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite is a standout, with exceptional natural light, massive walk-in closet, double vanity, soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet. Two secondary bedrooms, a loft, and a generously sized hall bath with double vanity and separate tub/toilet area complete the second floor. Thoughtful upgrades include two Nest thermostats, Google video doorbell, storm door, hardwood stairs with a carpet runner, upgraded lighting, overhead garage storage, and a Tesla fast charger. Rear-entry attached garage plus great overall storage. Whole home interior painted in August 2026 completes this move-in-ready package! "Excellent area safe and quiet the neighbors are very friendly. The streets are very well Maintained and well lit. "
  • Trulia User
"It is a well established community that is weathering the storm that afflicts a city in sudden sporadic growth We will weather this storm and any other . This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. I wish I could find an appropriate rental here. I am on the edge in a house I have afforded to live in for twenty-nine yrs. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress. It's a backhanded way of doing things but it will come out alright because the so-called little people come together when they realize what is happening."
  • Trulia User
"This is traditionally a family friendly neighborhood however the city of Durham is rapidly growing. "
  • Trulia User
"New elementary school coming soon! Nice area with good neighbors. Being in the middle if the triangle area gives great access to many activities and areas."
  • Trulia User
"I commute by private auto (mine)! There are no bus stops or traffic lights off the main thoroughfare. The only sidewalks are on the main thoroughfare!"
  • Trulia User
"I drive it is convenient to Raleigh, Morrisville, chapel hill and downtown Durham . It is close to all the major highways "
  • Trulia User
"Very bike-friendly if you work within the beltway. I drive to work in another town. Easy and enjoyable."
