"it's a good community and has great people living around. There are some good looking houses around here but not a lot "
  • Trulia User
"Everybody is so nice and works as a community. it's always nice and silent. people are respectful and helpful."
  • Trulia User
"Affordable and close to downtown and GU campus. A working class neighborhood with lots of families. Lots of dogs and cats here. It's quiet most of the time."
  • Trulia User
"The commute to work is very short, less than 10 minutes to downtown. Traffic from here to downtown is usually minimal, even at the 5pm rush hour. The main bus lines run through the neighborhood on Napa and Mission. I would not recommend walking by yourself at night, but during the day it is generally safe to walk around. There are a few liquor stores and gas stations that are a short walk away. Nice bars and thrift stores on nearby Sprague. It has been gentrified over the past 5 years or so and has continued to improve. However, this means rent is increasing quickly..."
  • Trulia User
"it's not too bad at all. trains sometimes though. lots of traffic near the university and sometimes parties."
  • Saleh E.
"good park, close by store, gas station, clean and well maintained park. I highly recommend the park. "
  • Perribreese95
"I personally do not believe that children should not grow up here. Some of the children here are disrespectful. "
  • Perribreese95
