Description
This is a rare opportunity to build a new home in the middle of one of Fort Wayne's most desirable historic neighborhoods! Just two blocks away from the city's iconic Forest Park Boulevard and three blocks from Lakeside Park, it's the perfect '05 location. With TND Homes as your exclusive builder, this lot is ready for your custom home. The prior house has been removed and the builder has already applied for and received setbacks to start construction. Once financing and final prints are in order, your home could be ready in as little as 6 months. Builder has explored several plans for a 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 car attached garage that will work well on this lot, but there is still time for you to customize. Square foot range could be 1700-2200 with a potential basement and multiple layout options. You're welcome to drive by or walk the lot to start envisioning your dream home here!

"Dog owners would enjoy the sidewalks, wide streets if there aren’t sidewall’s, and slow pace of traffic throughout the week. Moreover, the well kept yards, and being surround by a lush nature environment, with easy access the Fort Wayne’s bike and walking trails. "

"This neighborhood really varies from block to block and even house to house. Some homes are pristinely kept up. Others only mow their “lawn” when the city posts a warning. Still, I love it here and I think things are getting better not worse."
