Long term rentals are usually preferred (6-12 month lease), but given that both of these houses are currently for sale, perhaps now medium-term rentals (3-6 months) are best, but still open to longer term, on a case by case basis.
Short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are only available last minute (within a few days of check-in), and the rate varies depending on if it is the high season or low season.
Only qualified applicants with good credit, income, rental/work references, and background check will be considered. Rent must be paid by ACH bank transfer auto-draft.
Since house is set up for longer term residents, please bring your own laundry (queen sheet sets and towels) and consumables (soap, shampoo, paper towels)
