Enjoy the beach for the summer. This home is a duplex, one row back from the beach. Fully furnished, centrally located and close to restaurants as well. Each side is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home. Easily separated for privacy. This rent is for 1 side only. The home is fully furnished and includes outdoor furniture as well as outdoor showers, grill and washer and dryers. Home rentals for the summer in this area can be pricey as well as hard to find. No cleaning services provided for long term stays. A lease for the duration of the stay will be signed.

Water, electric, and wifi are included in rent.
There is a non-refundable pet fee.

Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb monthly rent per side: $3000

    "we really like to visit surfside. it's quiet, laid back, and friendly. wish the bike trails on the main road were better maintained & defined. i wouldn't let my kids ride on them. we don't come here to be entertained. we come here to get away from the crowds. we like blue water hwy beaches better than pedestrian. they seem a little cleaner."
