The entire interior of the unit was just completely updated with brand new cabinets, modern black hexagon backsplash, upgraded appliance package, and a built in 60 fireplace and 65 TV. The living room has an abundant-sized comfy sectional couch big enough to sleep on.
The bathroom is all high-end marble tile and a new deep tub. (A shower door and new vanity mirror is being installed in time for our next guests, but not pictured yet. Updated cellular shade blinds are also being installed between guests).
The entire building is all corporate housing. The backyard is spacious with plenty of room to relax hidden away from the street and neighbors. The front of the building faces a small privately owned lot for your off-street parking. We have two new washers and dryers in building free to use and may be ultimately adding in unit laundry to this unit at a later date.
We have a large recycling and garbage bin out front so our guests can take out garbage at any time that's convenient to them. Close access to both Highway 41, as well as Ballard and Wisconsin Streets to head downtown on the quick.
The Blue Moose is one of four units at Woodmere Estates, all with similar layouts. The Blue Moose is on the 2nd level . Main entrance to the building has a code lock and the apartment unit also has a custom code lock so clients never have to worry about being locked out. This unit is slightly larger than the other three units in this building. An abundant sized couch and large dining table make this unit appropriate for a family or group of up to four people.
