Each of our apartments includes: Dishwasher Private Balconies and Patios Each room has individual thermostats for your convenience to control room temperature Ample Closet Space Spacious living room and bathrooms Spacious counter tops and cabinet space High efficiency double pane windows Additional storage space Carport space for each unit 24 hour emergency maintenance and a community garden!!

The monthly rent is $1175 plus $50 for the water, sewer, trash. The electric averages $95/month but it based on usage. Pet non-refundable fee is $299 plus $40/month/pet. 2 animals per apartment.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
