It was fully gutted and renovated with all new appliances in 2019 and it's beautiful! Enjoy all the comforts of this sunny home - just bring your suitcase!

Price includes all utilities (high speed fiber internet, gas, electricity, water, trash). Non-smokers only and no pets allowed. Close to metro, Bikeshare, and streetcar (free). Great neighbors and an excellent landlord :-)

As of Dec 31: I'm totally updating the second bedroom to include a full/double bed with a new mattress, new bed sheet set and pillows, desk and chair - all brand new. Pictures coming soon! I'm also making other changes throughout the unit. The updated unit will be available Jan 5, 2022.

THE RENTAL AGREEMENT:
*Rent: The rent is $2,500 with all utilities included (internet, gas, electricity, water, trash) for a 6-month lease and $2,450 for a 12-month lease.*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of one month's rent is required.

*Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $30 credit and background check.Get 25% refund on last month's rent if you find a new tenant that takes over with zero vacancy days.

Main Bedroom
The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed with comfortable mattress, ceiling fan, lots of closet space and full bathroom. Linens (luxury 600 thread count 100% cotton premium sheets) and towels available (you can also bring your own). The bathroom has a full shower and lots of cabinets. Enjoy my favorite, sleek vanity with two folding sections fully mirrored both outside and inside and a wonderful amount of storage.

Living Room
The living area has lots of light, two comfortable couches, a dining table with seating for four. Connect your favorite streaming services to the smart TV via the included high speed fiber internet.

Second Bedroom & Office
The second bedroom has just been updated Jan 2022 to include a full/double bed with a new mattress, new bed sheet set and pillows, desk and chair - all brand new.

Second Bathroom
Full bathroom with shower and closet space. You will love my favorite vanity with two fully-mirrored folding sections with space for everything you need.

Rear Deck
Private rear deck with table and chairs so you can eat or hang out outside.

LOCAL AMENITIES:
Easy access to groceries (the new Safeway, Trader Joes and Harris Teeter), street trolley (free), Lincoln Park, RFK Fields with free sports fields and gym equipment, and everything the Hill has to offer. Mile walk from either the bustling Eastern Market area and farmer's market, and a multitude of fine dining on Barracks Row, as well as the vibrant H St Corridor and its trendy restaurants and bars, and other great dining locations (including Michelin Star-rated restaurants).

Easy access to Lincoln Park, metro stops, Eastern Market, Marine Barracks/Barracks Row, US Capitol, Senate, Supreme Court, Library of Congress, National Mall, Union Market, Union Station, H Street Corridor and several DC hospitals.
