The Flowery Parts:
Cozy, comfortable home built by one of the early Grants Pass families behind the original old farmhouse (which was then demolished); this setting was home to hop farms and cattle in the early 1900s. Close to town, but still feels like country on half an acre with mature walnut and apple trees.

Remodeled in 2022 and fully furnished, this home features three king bedrooms, a full bath with tub and shower and a powder room off the laundry for guests. The laundry and kitchen are stocked with essentials. Linens are furnished for your comfort. All utilities included in monthly rental price. Yard care is included. We have a farm nearby and are readily available if a need should arise. We are otherwise hands off.

Close to major area hospitals (3-30 miles), Mt. Ashland for skiing, Crater Lake National Park, and the Southern Oregon and Northern California coast (less than 90 minutes away).

The Rogue River is less than a mile away...known for its salmon runs, whitewater rafting, and rugged scenery, it was one of the original eight rivers named in the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1968. The following films were made here: How the West Was Won, MacKenna's Gold, Rooster Cogburn (and the Lady), The River Wild, and more.

Grants Pass is the home of Dutch Bros Coffee.

Minimum 1 month rental, maximum is negotiable, but preferably max 3-4 months. This home is fully furnished and includes all utilities and yard care. No smoking. • Heather76dotts
"I think dog owners would like the distance they would have to walk their dog but they wouldn't like the traffic because it is a highway and drivers don't always pay attention to who's walking on the side of the road. "
  • Stephanie C.
"It’s a little bit of everything and everyone. Plenty of nature & busy streets, fancy estates & affordable homes, boutiques & Walmart all squished together in this eclectic community. I love being so close to the river and gateway to wilderness."

"Can’t walk your dog because there are no side walks and no dog parks near by. Gotta stick to your property"

"Meth addicts are very respectful and will wait to steal your property while you're at work. Homeless lazy drunks are friendly for the most part, as long as you don't try to kick them off your lawn before noon. Police ask for more money every year while conditions stay the same while our property taxes double every few years to hire more sheriff's that don't respond it calls. Great Town! "
  • Fzoppo
