There was the right balance between hard work, independence, and fun being back together to learn and grow. The staff went above and beyond to support our student. The kids, and some of the staff, had tears in their eyes during 8th grade promotion, which was touching. My child is fully prepared and confident for high school (and beyond) thanks to the lessons learned at Rancho. The 504 team is outstanding. Despite the fact that is has caused problems, Alderwood has defended him, supported him, and provided the very best education I believe possible. Principle Cheshire is a true hero. Communicates openly, honestly, and effectively. School counselors have provided greatly appreciated support. Among the excellent teachers, Ms Smemoe was particularly welcoming to students and parents. "I live here for over 10 years. Irvine has become very crowded, there is traffic everywhere you go. Lots and lots of new homes and apartments have been built that attracted far too many people for the existing infrastructure. Also, we used to feel very safe here, but unfortunately it’s not as safe as it used to be. "

"I live here and bought our home 8 years ago from the builder. Standard Pacific did a great job with our open floor plan and the quality of their work is still amazing. Our neighbors are great and the schools are very academic. We go to the parks almost daily and feel very safe to let the kids even walk to school or their friends house."
