Hello! We are taking off for 3 months and we are looking to rent our lovely tiny home while we're gone.

The date are from Nov. 7th to Feb. 8th. Please only reach out to us if you can rent those exact dates. We want to rent for the full 3 months, and not just a month or two.

We have put a lot of tender love and care into our home and area. Friends who have stayed here never want to leave. It's a cozy oasis and we are keeping everything as is for your enjoyment.

Here's a few special perks about the tiny home and area:

- It's a newly built fully furnished Custom Tiny Home with an open floor plan that is extra wide.
- Huge upper loft room with bed for visitors (could store things up in this area if needed-)
- Bedroom with walk around queen bed with drawers and closet space with shelving
- Full size bathroom with large walk in shower
- Full size kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher)
- Large living room area with high ceiling and 80 inch pull down screen (projector not included)
- Washer and dryer
- On demand hot water (you'll never run out of hot water)
- Propane fireplace
- Air Conditioning
- Central Propane Heater System (a lot cheaper then electric)
- Hot Tub
- Google Home (controls lights, music and central heating)
- Closet space with custom shelfing for easy organization
- Cedar patio with cover, hammocks, table, chairs and couch
- Propane grill
- Huge yard and pasture out the front porch (it's a massive field to relax and gaze over)
- 5 mins from downtown bend (we love being able to quickly get into town but have our home be a wonderful escape from the city life)
- 20 min from airport

Your responsibilities:
- keep hot tub clean and chemicals in balance (we provide the chemicals)
- keep yard and deck junk free

We have tenants in the area who have been here for years and it is very peaceful out here. This premise doesn't allow loud music, parties or group meetups. It meant for only tenants and their visitors at times to peacefully enjoy the area without a bunch of cars in and out of the area and the noise that comes with groups.

$1500 each month (for the total of 3 months)
Deposit is $1500
Trash, recycling, WiFi (very fast) and water included (electrical and propane is not included)
No dogs or cats
No smoking
No marijuana

Once again only reach out to us if you can move in on Nov. 7th and move out Feb 8th. You will need to have first months rent and deposit at the lease signing.
