Gas stove, full back and front yards. Gas,electricity,water, trash, and wifi included. Two mounted tv's 75" living room and 45" in main room. Couch, kitchen table and appliances included. Electric fireplace included. Walk in closet main room, extended closet second room, and regular closet third room. Looking for $3,000/month

Help keep walls, floors, and bathrooms clean monthly, help keep yards clean and no smoking inside the house but garage is exceptional. Any furniture or tv's damaged must be paid for by renter. Just asking to help keep house and property clean and i will do my best to make ur stay as valuable and confertable as possible.
