There are many interactive electives/courses to choose. The environment is kinda violent cause like those students get angy then start beating people up grrr. There is zero support from him if you’re a teacher, so good luck trying to get any. This is by far the worst school I’ve ever been at. As a parent of a student at MTHS, I have been consistently impressed with the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community engagement.The teachers at MTHS are excellent - they are knowledgeable, passionate about their subjects, and truly care about their students' success. My child has built strong relationships with teachers who provide extra support when needed. Classes are engaging and rigorous, preparing students well for college or careers after graduation.Furthermore, MTHS has a positive school culture where students are respected and individuality is valued. The administration sets clear expectations for behavior while also fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment. Bullying is not tolerated.As a parent, I always feel welcome coming to the school for meetings, events, or to volunteer. Communication from teachers and administrators is excellent. I am thrilled to have my child attending such an outstanding high school that will fully prepare them for a bright future. "We love this area; it is 2 mi. from 405 and approx. 2 mi. from I-5 about halfway between Alderwood Mall and Canyon Park area - close to elementary, middle & high school, easy access to shopping at Canyon Park and Thrasher's corner. Public bus runs right by house. Large shop in back of house approx. 30' x 34'. Lots of storage inside home and outside area as well. Roof covered hot tub on slab w/easy access from Master Bedroom. Large deck for entertaining. Completely fenced back yard; lots of room for extra parking, also covered area for boat storage, etc. Inside home has been completely re-done in the last ten years. Large DR, home has very open floor plan; great for entertaining. Hobby/craft room with built-in cuboards (upper & lower) and counters. Yard is well maintained with lots of beautiful flowers blooming every season underground sprinklers front & back. Raspberry & blueberry bushes in back. Alarm system. Picture of front doesn't do house justice. Must see!"
