The home is located about a block from a nearby park (Sequoia Park) which offers lots of extra close-by space to enjoy the outdoors, as well as Frisbee Golf. The home is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to Traders Joes, Sprouts, Starbucks, an Urgent Care, several banks, as well as many more shopping options. The closest Vons Grocery is 7 minutes drive from the home and a Home Depot is 11 minutes away. There is nearby, quick and easy access to the 118 freeway. As for the home itself which is freshly painted, once you enter through the front entranceway, you enter into the living room with high ceilings of more than 10'. The nearby kitchen is in a large open area which blends into the dining room. In the kitchen, there is a gas oven with a grill on the cooking surface, in addition to four burners, and an exhaust fan with a light above it. There is of course a dishwasher, garbage disposal and granite countertops. There is undercounter lighting, and build in cabinets. There are three bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. The main bedroom measures 16.73' x 10.77'. The two additional bedrooms are 10.79' x 9.96' and 10.04' x 9.98'. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights. There are built-in cabinets in the hallway between the bedrooms. There is vinyl plank flooring in all of the rooms, except the bathrooms and kitchen/dining room, which have ceramic tile. The windows have white faux-wood cordless blinds covering the double-paned energy efficient windows and sliding glass door. There is central heat and air conditioning as well as a hallway exhaust fan that can be used to help remove warm air from the home. The two-car garage is attached to the home and houses the water heater as well as the hookup for a washing machine and a gas/electric hookup for a clothes dryer. The fenced backyard is landscaped, has a covered patio, and both the front and back yards have automatic sprinkler systems watering them.
