MY VIEWPOINT

I have lived here myself for years and can tell you first hand that living here is a great value, clean, family-oriented and very convenient.

There are trees and flowers all around and the streets are wide and spacious. Minimal traffic in and around the area. Truly an underrated and incredible place to live. I even have high-income tenants choosing to live here above a plethora of other options.

Call or text me to schedule a visit. You will not be disappointed. The price is right and the unit & area must be seen to be believed. Please be of high credit score and good standing or Parkchester will deny your application and I will not be able to help you.

Thank you kindly!
