All the amenities-1723 sq ft, fireplace, laundry room with w/d, eat in kitchen with pantry, spacious living room, creek out your front door. loads of storage in 2 separate storage areas. Laminate floors throughout (Haven't taken pics of them in bedrooms or hallway). Fenced yard. Off street parking for one to two cars. No tobacco use on property but 420 friendly. Utilities are not included in the rent but are to be paid to Landlord monthly including electric, gas, wifi, trash, water. Right now it's set at $400 per month. Dogs and/or cats on approval.
