About this House

Quiet, 2nd Floor Unit in Owner Occupied Home.

Please note-
There are two ways into the unit (front and back- both have private entrances), but there are a lot of stairs, so this unit may not be for everyone.

This unit offers a smaller eat-in kitchen, spacious living room and a smaller bedroom (queen size bed will fit though). Then there is an additional room, maybe a walk-in closet and/or an office (see photos). This is also where you will also find the washing machine. The dryer is in a living room closet, but both have been provided for you.

The bathroom has a full-sized tub.

There is plenty of off Street parking too.

The neighborhood is very nice too!

The rent is $1,500 and this INCLUDES the heat and hot water. WOW!
Tenants pay their own electricity, wifi and cable (if desired).

Good credit (650's or higher),
Clean backgrounds.
Good landlord references (if applicable)- no evictions.
Proof of income
First and security ($1,500) are due at lease signing.

This is a non-smoking unit and property! Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.

No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be negotiable with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

$40 application fee per adult applicant.

The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
