About this House

Spacious Unit with LOTS of Character! Includes ELECTRICITY Too!

As you can see from the pictures this unit won't last long!

While it is considered a 1st floor unit, there are several stairs to get into the unit.

This unit has always been one of my favorites with all its character and TONS of closet space.

The bathroom is like no other, as you can see.

The owners have just removed all the carpet and installed the vinyl plank flooring. The unit is clean and ready for you!

The rent is $1,900 and this INCLUDES heat, hot water and ELECTRICITY.

Tenants pay their own wifi and cable (if desired).

What we require for application approval:
Serious inquiries only please!
We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit.
Good credit (650's or higher)
 Clean backgrounds.
Good landlord references (if applicable)- no evictions.
Proof of income
First and security ($1,900) are due at lease signing.

This is a non-smoking unit and property! Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.

No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be negotiable with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
