We're best suited to someone who feels comfortable with this kind of shared setting and appreciates a friendly, easygoing atmosphere.

Positioned on the edge of a quiet town, the property offers exceptional privacy within a residential setting. Quiet hours are generally observed from 7pm-7am, with low-volume TV and soft music well accommodated. The space features professionally built sound-isolation walls that do an excellent job blocking low-level noise transfer. With a bit of everyday consideration, its a peaceful oasis that feels like your own.

Ten minute drive to Old Bisbee. Less than five minute drive to Copper Queen hospital and vintage shops. 3-month lease with the possibility of a longer-term renewal.

High-speed -Sparklight- internet included. There is both a low emf router that cycles off when it is not in use and an Ethernet plug-in. Tenant carries electric, gas, and water with utility agreement. Tenant is advised to carry renter's insurance.

Tenant will be asked to assist with minor outdoor maintenance tasks to keep the area tidy such as sweeping as needed, trimming weeds occasionally, etc.

A pet may be considered upon review with $250 non-refundable fee. The security deposit will serve as an additional retainer to be refunded based on the move-out condition
