The painting and maintenance inside and out were done by the original owner's family members who used it sparingly as a vacation home the last 6 years. There is a crawl space and an attic. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed and this room connects, through double glass doors, to an office/den that also serves as the laundry area. The other 2 bedrooms have abundant closet space.
