Lease Agreement for 204 Third ST Pittsburgh PA 15225

1. Term of Lease:
Duration: 1-Year.
Renewal: Automatically renews unless either party gives 30 days written notice.

2. Rent:
Amount: $1600 per month, subject to annual review and adjustment.
Payment: Due on the first of each month. Late payment incurs a 10% fee if over 3 days late, plus $5 per additional day.
