Three block walk to Trader Joe's on 14th St., four blocks from the new Florida Ave. Whole Foods, and just down the block from Yes! Organic Market. Dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. Three Capital Bikeshare docks within a two block radius.

Open to short or long-term stays. We understand Covid is making times tough on everyone and we are willing to negotiate terms and price should you be interested. We own the building and live above the rental. No pets and no smoking, please.
