"Many dogs! Nice neighbors. Almost everyone picks up after their dog. However, many speeding cars , they seldom slow down for walkers, runners or people with strollers or walking a dog. "

"Waterfront living is a dream in Venetian Isles. HOA is optional but because they do such a great job keeping the neighborhood beautiful you can't help to support their $100 annual donation request. Everyone is extremely friendly, local private schools are great for kids of all ages. Downtown is only a short, but beautiful, 10 minute drive through Snell Isle to get to the nightlife and entertainment district. Direct waterfront access to the Bay/Gulf and much more."
