The middle unit of this 3-unit building is fully furnished with a brand new kitchen and lovely coastal decor. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with the balcony that spans the entire unit. You're directly over Swede's beach, making this space one of just a few in Marin that is literally on the water. Walk to downtown Sausalito and the ferry to San Francisco in just 7 minutes!

There is a ton of storage space with two walk-in closets. Private washer/dryer and one dedicated parking space in our private lot (for leases longer than 6 months, you can apply for an H permit with the City for street parking as well). Bring your kayak, paddleboard and enjoy the water whenever you please.

This unit comes furnished but we will consider removing smaller and decorative items, kitchen items, bedding, etc. for leases of 12+ months so that you can make the home your own.

Note: there are stairs required to get in and out of this unit - approximately 20 in all. There are 4 regular stairs, a gently sloped walkway with short stairs, and then about 10 short wooden stairs.

Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
