Roommate is the property owner. Active, clean, neat, handy, mid-30s male. Airline pilot. I will need someone either like-minded with whom I get along well or someone quiet and reserved who keeps to themselves. The house is not a party pad. I went to UW and was a pilot in the Navy. I am social yet understand some people just want to be left alone. I respect either style. Someone to carpool to the slopes with would be a great bonus. Roommate must be a good personality match. There will be a phone interview and in-person meeting. The screening process will be thorough.
- Security deposit can be waived with $69/mo subscription fee to Waivo.
- My schedule varies but the bedrooms are on their own floors so they have lots of privacy.
- Must agree to be responsible to clean up after yourself in the common spaces. For example, no dirty dishes left in the sink. No old food in the refrigerator.
- 2-month initial term preferred. Month-to-month after that.
