6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a graduate of CSA with a 3.6 GPA, 4 seals, Impact! and ArtWorks completion, and in progress for a BFA. I cannot recommend this school to anyone else. The admin have made it their mission to stamp the passion and creativity out of students there with awful art support, terrible treatment of A.I.R.'s, lack of direction for majors like Visual Arts and Theater, and overall issues including but not limited to:-Awful treatment of A.I.Rs including mismanagement, and at worst stringing along and leaving unpaid-Severely underfunded tech department with unusable desktops on campus and provided laptops that don't hold a charge or connect to the internet-Funding only being put towards Dance and Theater, despite Theater lacking clear direction since Doc's passing.-Implementing AI Generated art on their social media pages and refusing to take it down-Lack of care of students emotional wellness-Painting over murals for higher-up approvalAnd this is only the beginning. Fantastic teachers, great student body, yet the school is being sucked and bled dry of its legacy by the admin running it and the district overseeing it. Do not come here if given the chance.Other Review1y ago8 Reviews - The School Of One

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a recent graduate, I can confidently say that my experience was far more positive than many might expect. While there were occasional challenges such as conflicts or instances of student disrespect, these are not uncommon in most educational environments. In my case, the experience was largely defined by supportive, dedicated teachers who were genuinely committed to sharing their knowledge and helping us succeed. My classmates were respectful, friendly, and close-knit; we supported one another and fostered a sense of community. Although there were a few difficult individuals, they were never part of my immediate class group. The educators made learning engaging and did their best to create a positive and enjoyable environment. I’m truly grateful to have graduated with the guidance of compassionate staff, outstanding teachers, and a welcoming peer group.Other Review11mo ago2 Reviews - Lincoln West School Of Global Studies

"There are several green spaces where dogs and their owners can go to play and run. The spaces are marked and kept clean and seem to be safe for the pets."

"The usual perks of downtown living are there. However, there is a TON of car vandalism in the warehouse district. Also it seems many dogs owners allow their dogs to pee & poop right in front of buildings and stores and generally all over the sidewalk, so just walking down the street can be stinky and unpleasant. Wish more people took pride in this neighborhood and acted accordingly."

"My spouse and I walk to work. Love our neighbors and fellow downtown residents. Bars and restaurants who are responsible good neighbors are awesome. The city allows four bar owners to negatively affect the livability of the neighborhood. They also divert public safety funds to monitor the area to “just stop fights” of drunk bar patrons one one block, yet leave other surrounding streets (and neighborhoods) unsafe. The only thing from keeping downtown Cleveland from being amazing is the city itself. "

"I have a pup myself and he loves his pup friends! For a downtown community there’s a fair amount of grass area to walk to. However, for me the nearest dog park is a 25 minute walk each way."

"Multiple designated pet areas in the Warehouse District to let them off the leash for some exercise! Depending on the apartment you live in, most complexes now offer pet areas as well as daily dog walking services. "

"What makes this neighborhood unique is the revitalization of the downtown area. There are plenty of spaces to walk dogs if you own a dog and the areas are kept nice and neat. There is also public transportation to get around town that is completely free."

"I have lived in Seymour, TN 37865 for 12+ years. The neighbors all know one another but primarily only have events with family. We gave our 83yr. old neighbor a Father's Day Party one year. We have full view of the Mountain Range from Cosby to Blount County. We have a very unique neighborhood as most have lived there most all of their lives. We have great neighbors, both in friendliness and concern for one another's property's safe keeping."
