This townhouse is part of 15 townhomes built in a very small, peaceful community full of redwood trees. You will have privacy while still being close to a busy area in beautiful Mountain View.

This beautiful home features Google nest thermostats and doorbell camera, vinyl hardwood flooring in all rooms, automated blinds, large 2 car garage with an electric car charger, 10 foot high ceilings, brand new appliances, and a private fenced backyard. Please note, I will not be living on-site, so you can enjoy complete privacy. However, I am always available if you have any questions or need assistance.

You will be 2 min from the closet grocery store, 5 mins from Google HQ, 10 minutes from the Mountain View Train station, 10 mins from Stanford, 10 mins from Levi's Stadium, 13 mins from San Jose International Airport (SJC), and 40 mins from San Francisco.

Note: This rental will be unfurnished but if you would like to have some larger furniture items (couch, bed, outdoor furniture, etc) left for your use, let me know while viewing the house!

This lease is for January 2025 to January 2026 (1 year), if possibility of further extension

Utilities:
 - Renters will be responsible for electric, water, and trash bills
 - Owner will take care of all HOA dues.

Rent:
 - First month's rent and security deposit will be due at signing
 - Security deposit will be refundable upon lease termination minus any damage fees incurred during rental period
 - Rent is due by the 4th of every month
 - Provide a 30 notice if planning to move out early

Pets:
 - 1 small dog and 1 cat are allowed. There is a built in pet door for the front balcony for them to use

Smoking:
 - Absolutely no smoking on the premises

Maintenance and Repairs:
 - Minor repairs are to be handled by the renters (changing light bulbs, changing water filters, etc). Please report any larger issues to the owner.
 - Any major repairs necessary to the home will be the owners responsibility
