On a big street so you can take a walk down 18th street for great food and dinning and also fun. Newly renovated flooring, heating, and freshly painted just waiting for a tenant! Move in available right away as long as first months rent, which is the same as the deposit is paid upfront.
Rent is due the first of every month, late fee installed if paid late.
A laundry mat is located a block away! Background/credit check is required as well!
Small dog/ small cat is allowed but a pet fee will be installed of $100 nonrefundable
Water is included, tenant is in charge of their gas, light bill and bringing in their own appliances such as refrigerator/ stove. If moved out, you turn in the apartment as it was given to you any damages will be deducted from Your deposit.
