Weekly pool and manicured landscaping services are provided, ensuring a pristine environment for relaxation and entertainment.
Pool heating is optional at a cost of $65 per day. If the home is equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat these is included in the rental amount year-round.
Val Vista Lakes is a master-planned community offering a nine hundred acre water-wonderland with four spacious sports parks, meandering bicycle paths, and a luxurious clubhouse. The clubhouse features an eight-court championship tennis complex, indoor racquetball courts, cardio and weight training facilities, a junior Olympic swimming pool and spa, banquet and meeting rooms, waterfalls, and a tropical lagoon swimming pool with a sandy beach. The neighborhood provides easy access to local amenities, including Spring Training Baseball, excellent shopping, fine dining, and the US 60 freeway.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will result in a fine. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. The air conditioning cannot be set below 70 degrees to prevent unit issues. For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap is determined as per the rental agreement. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included, covering up to $3000 in accidental damage, excluding intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. 24/7 guest care is available through text and phone, along with a 24-hour concierge service.
