The condo itself is professionally designed with the comfort and convenience of our guests in mind. The layout boasts designer furniture and state-of-the-art amenities, including a 55" television with streaming services available, and a fully-equipped workstation with monitor and B&W printer. The bedroom features a comfortable four-poster bed and a luxurious deep bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. For your entertainment, we've also included a Bluetooth speaker for music, and some games like cards Clue and Monopoly. And for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire condo, the front lobby, a break room and the back patio. Parking is free in the area as is a large lockable storage area in the basement.
Other things to note:
There is keycard access to get into the building and up the elevator. From there it's keyless entry to the unit. When someone visits, there is a video intercom in the unit to buzz them in.
The landlord does not live on-site but is available as needed!

TERM: This lease agreement is for a minimum of 30 nights, beginning on [start date] and ending on [end date]. Ask about discounts for more than 30 nights!
RENT: The monthly rent is due before entry is allowed, with a $1000 security deposit due upon signing of the lease agreement.
BACKGROUND CHECK: A background check is required before entry is allowed.
GUESTS: No more than 8 guests are allowed on the property at any given time, and no more than 4 guests are allowed to sleep in the apartment per night.
PETS: Small dogs under 35 lbs are allowed with a small refundable deposit and a low pet rent each month.
NOISE: Tenants must not create excessive noise that disturbs the peace, quiet, and privacy of other residents, especially after 10pm and before 7am.
SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the property.
EARLY TERMINATION: If the tenant breaches this agreement and vacates the apartment before the end of the lease term, they will still be liable for the full amount of rent due for the remaining lease term.
UTILITIES: The monthly rent includes parking and utilities, such as heat, AC, Wi-Fi, trash, and water.
CLEANING: A monthly cleaning service will be provided. Tenants are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay.
KEYS AND ITEMS: Tenants are responsible for returning all key cards and non-consumable items upon leaving. Tenants are not allowed to access items in the storage closet.
DAMAGES: The landlord is not responsible for damages incurred by guests.
