Feeling safe to let your kids play outdoors, ride their bikes, and astonishing as it sounds, you can trust a stranger you’ve never met prior & safely offer them a ride if in need. The police even still will stop by at night when they have a slow night, just to knock on your door and let you know you had forgotten to shut the garage door. Very cool! Amongst all above, it’s an exceptionally accepting of all race, religion, and other economical differences. Hard to find if your"

It use to be an elderly community, a lot has change and it seems now to be sorely fed with new families. Very family style city."
