This home was built in 2017, the home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. With almost everything you need within 5 miles. There are two elementary schools, an urgent care, emergency room, every food spot you can possibly think of. King soopers, jiffy lube, grease monkey and much more. Also the Gaylord of the Rockies is within 5 mins if you ever want to get away for a few days. Every room and common area in the house has cable. The whole house is furnished besides one of the bedrooms, they're is in unit laundry upstairs where the rooms are so you never have to go far to do your laundry. The expectation of the house is to keep it very tidy and clean. This is my first home and I would expect anyone who would live here to treat it as their own and respect as if they put the same amount of money into the home. Cleanliness next to godliness and that's the motto for this house. Looking for roommates between the ages of 24-30. Young professionals who are in similar field as myself with some sort of career path or direction.
pets allowed but have to be well behaved , most. Rent is $1000 a month, if you'd like both rooms it would be $1400 total. .
