The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there's nothing to watch. There is even an PS4 game console.

The bedrooms are furnished with King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib, and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

 Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first

 Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

 Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

 What's the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group

 If there's gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered

 Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home

 Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group

 How's the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there's any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.

 If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

 Security devices?
Two security camera: 1 in backyard and 1 in the driveway. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.

 Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group's size

Free utilities: gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. Owners pay for all utilities. We accept any lease that is longer than 30 days to 365 days or more. The maximum occupancy of this home by bed space is 8 people.

    "We live in a beautiful part of Rancho San Diego, some very nice people with a good handful of good hearted folks too. Safe and friendly for children with great schools. Many worried however if Cottonwood golf course becomes a walk way and new homes come in. It will definitely disturb this environment in many ways."

It is a safe neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. Road is paved and on a county maintenance plan. Good grade, middle and high schools nearby. One of the best churches in the county 3 miles away (Shadow Mountain Community Church). Many neighbors have avocados or orange trees. Natural gas line available. Fire department less than a mile away. Good views from hilltop homes. Most lots are 1 acre + with trees providing privacy."
