"Love the small town fell and the neighborhood. I do wish we had sidewalks to walk on. It’s very dangerous to walk in the narrow streets. "

Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. "I walk dogs every week. Most dog owners in town have their dogs under control. One got out of it's yard one time while I was running another dog. It charged us looking defensive but as soon as I ran at the dog it peed itself and jumped back over the fence. "
  • Cynthia

  • Saralewis
"It’s a close walk to the green valley park and historical Main Street. The down side is there aren’t sidewalks and people drive Very fast down this street. There are also not too many street lights so people usually walk their dogs during the day to the park. "
  • Rustyandmariah
"I’ve lived in the Payson area my entire life. The town is a great little mountain town. The people are friendly and there fun little shops and restaurants. If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
  • Status202
