"The area is diverse like most of Tucson, everything from million dollar mini mansions, cookie cutter subdivisions to run down trailers. So if your looking for a planned community this is not the area for you. I feel safe, the neighbors are nice, it’s kid and pet friendly, steps from amazing trail heads, and awesome night skies. You feel like your way out of town but only 2 min to Pima West, 5 min to street car accessibility, 7 min to I10/I19 interchange, 10 min to downtown and 15 min to 4th Ave and Main Gate at UofA. We have some of the most beautiful views and lots of wildlife. "
