The prinicpal IS great and makes a big difference in the success of the school! The focus at this school is on the basics which is where it needs to be. My kids have been at other schools but, I am much happier with their progress here than I was at other schools. Highly recommend it!
Posted by a parent on 4/20/2010I love the principal ! She knows every child and takes a personal interest in the families. She makes sure her teachers are well trained. It is one of the best school I have ever had my kids attend.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy personal experience and I’m sure it will be different for everyone but mine was disappointing.in the morning I would call I can’t never get threw so I go to the school and the front desk ,no one can answer my question .Also some teacher assumes children know Spanish and speak to them in Spanish when they don’t understand and are place in Spanish class ,p.e teacher calls from my understanding calls kids names and when I email to principal for a meeting never here from them one teacher I can say is amazing and great with the kids and it’s MR.A ane few more front Desk are rude and calls me dum dum for not bringing my I.D I thought it was rude .Parent Review5mo ago - Morgan Maxwell School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDisabled children are suspended often without changing the learning environment to prevent further incident, self-contained classrooms put both staff and children in danger with lack of staffing and lack of administrative assistance, children are given packets all day, teachers treat children with animosity and frustration, routines are lacking and old-fashioned so children gain little from the day-to-day learning experience, classrooms are bare and not stimulating, etc. Overall not equipped to handle children with developmental disabilities and would be better sending your child elsewhere.Other Review6mo ago
