    "it appears to be a family neighborhood. there is a park nearby and easy access to the some buses. There were a few incidents of violence but wasn't gang related one happened at the 24 hr store but the hours have since changed. I don't feel unsafe here and I have 2 small children. my mom has lived here for almost 20 years. she said there has been some changes but she is not concerned with it. "
