Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from April 06, 2023
Have you been hoping to be walking distance to Augusta Circle Elementary, but thought it wasn't attainable under $1m? Well, think again! This home has SO MUCH charm, but doesn't compromise on space and modern conveniences. On the main floor you have 3 bedrooms - the owner's suite is large with a big ensuite bathroom complete with a steam shower. The master closet connects through to the laundry room (but can be closed off for privacy). The laundry connects to the hall bath that the other two bedrooms on the main floor share. Upstairs is a full bath and an oversized fourth bedroom, which is such a versatile flex space. Would be so easy to split up the space with a few walls and have a home office/bonus space AND a fourth bedroom up there. The two car detached garage is accessed via a quiet side-alley. This home is a literal stones' throw from the Augusta Circle Playground - which you and your family could play on the playground on days with no school! There is NO parking in front of this home, and the carpool line does not loop in front of the home so school traffic isn't a worry for you. Make your appointment to see it today!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFor 2 full years, my child’s test scores have been below average in math while attending this school. There is one teacher who actually does a wonderful job, if you don’t have him, go ahead and expect declining test scores for the next couple of years. For a school who boasts STEM, science, technology, innovation; the teaching here is subpar, especially in math. Thank goodness we now have a wonderful tutor that gets to fill in for 2 years of missed teaching. Fyi, these were honor level classes as well! The grade on the report card may have been an A, but the knowledge taken away— F !Parent Review8mo ago - Check out schools near 200 Waccamaw Ave.

"safe place to live, walkable to local school and churches.clean place, well maintained and close to downtown "
- Ivette Lopez

"It is important for dog owners to be responsible and pick up their dog's poop. Unfortunately, in some neighborhoods, owners do not abide by this rule, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Additionally, some dogs are left free to roam around, which can be dangerous for both the dogs and other animals in the area. There have been reports of dogs attacking and killing cats, including strays and even pets on their own property. It is crucial for dog owners to keep their pets under control and ensure the safety of other animals in the neighborhood."
