Former Marine base tenants said:

"The kitchen is beautiful with the rich dark cabinets with granite counter tops! The master bedroom is large enough for a king-sized bed and a separate siting area. The master bath also has large soaking tub with separate standing shower."

And --
From a former Quantico MCB-based tenant: "My family and I had an outstanding experience living in this townhouse... The walls are well constructed so that we never heard noise from either of our neighbors. My family loved the neighborhood pool and we had plenty of room in this spacious floor plan...." The house provided a "variety of shopping and dining venues and convenient access to I-95. If we return to the Stafford area, we would certainly want to live here again!"

Another previous Marine-based tenant said: "We have loved this house. This is a wonderful neighborhood for kids to ride a bike, play on the two playgrounds, or go for a swim in the lovely community pool (which has a lap pool and separate side for kids to play). The home is also very efficient, our utility bills to include gas and electric is super affordable for such a large home."

"Dog owners as myself, would like the speed limit to be enforced!! It’s dangerous walking or biking or for kids to play here in Aquia Harbor. We have no sidewalks or streetlights.. speed limit is NOT enforced.. my dog was hit by a car and killed by a neighbors car who was driving over 55 mph in a 25 mph .. I hate the drivers here.. "
