Reclaimed and hand-milled hardwood used throughout the living spaces. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, internet (renter provides router) and weekly trash service. Laundry space included in the cabin. Pets are negotiable. Occupant(s) will maintain the front porch and sidewalk area, but no yard work is otherwise required. This space is offered with furniture. Linens and dishware negotiable upon request.

Duration of lease is upon agreement between parties. Minimum of 6 month lease.
Tenant pays for monthly electric and must provide a router to connect to the internet service provided.
Owner provides water, sewer, weekly trash service, internet.
Some furnishings are provided (dining table and chairs, lamps, side chair, queen bed and dressers). Additional furnishings and household items negotiable.
Parking available on the driveway in front of the cabin.
Tenant is responsible for maintaining (sweeping) front porch and sidewalk.

Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
