Room Description

House share with three other adult men. Each has own private bath. Share living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, yard. (everyone there takes care of yard and snow removal). Wifi included. Streaming. I provide bed, and built in closets and drawers and desk. Small refrigerator and TV. Rent is per person, based on room.

This is an "interest only" ad. Meaning, my tenant has not confirmed if they are staying or not. Their lease expires mid/late August 2017. So, if interested, pls do a drive/walk by, but do not disturb the tenants (I hope they extend, but need to begin collecting possible applicants).

Tenant pays utilities and trash removal. Tenant maintains yard, snow removal etc. Some furnishings may be available.

Prices are per bedroom per month. I pay utilities.

    "Everything is pretty close to Danvers. Major highways and road ways. Major retailers all within 15 minutes or less. Plenty of food options, 2 malls. Public schools are some of the best in the area. Overall friendly place to live. I enjoyed it"
