Just 9 miles to Bradley International Airport and 5 miles to West Hartford Center which offers a variety of dining nightlife and shopping opportunities. The application process includes background, income, and job verification, along with a minimum credit score of 700.

Heat and hot water are not included in the rent. Landlord pays for cold water. Our requirements are that your income needs to be 3x the amount of the rent before taxes and your credit score needs to be 700 or higher. Non-services dogs are not allowed on the property.
