About the Property-
 This is a two-unit building (one on each floor).
There is a large fenced in yard too!

About the Unit-
 As you can see, this FIRST floor unit is GORGEOUS and VERY spacious!
 The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave.
 There are two bedrooms, not real large, but queen beds would be fine.
 There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen (hook ups only). Need a washer and dryer? One can be provided for you for an additional $50/month.
 There are lots of windows on all sides of the unit for awesome sunlight and great cross breezes.

The rent is $1,850 and includes heat. The tenant pays their own electricity (hot water heater is electric) and other personal expenses.

What we require for application approval:
 Serious inquiries only please!
We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit.
Great credit (650's or higher)
Clean backgrounds and good references.
 Proof of income.
One year lease is a must.
First and security ($1,850) are due at lease signing upon application approval.
 Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.
 One indoor fixed cat may be allowed with an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
