The MBR suite is very large with a large bathroom with RADIANT floor heating, a double vanity, soaking tub and a stall shower with body jets, shower head and hand spray. There are two closets for the master suite: a walk-in closet and a reach-in closet. Note: depending upon the needs of the next owners, the owners suite could be the original master or the new Master. From just outside the master suite there are steps up to another level where there a large attic that provides abundant storage space. From the main level go down a half-flight to the family room that is spacious with built-ins, a full-size refrigerator, a wine refrigerator and wet bar and butcher block countertop. Also on this level is an updated powder room, mechanical room with pantry storage and access to the crawl space. The rear yard is an oasis of privacy with its partially fenced rear yard and mature plantings. Other items of important note follow. In 2014 as part of the whole house renovation, the siding was replaced, the electrical panel upgraded to 200AMPs, a separate heat pump HVAC system was installed to service the master suite and the hall bathroom (the main HVAC system (2012) uses Natural Gas). The roof was replaced in 2018; the driveway repaved in 2019 and in 2020 the water heater was replaced. The windows were newer when the buyer purchased in 2014. The wonderful Deepdale community organizes progressive dinners, book club, an Easter egg hunt, a 4th of July parade and other social events. Room dimensions are estimated and rounded up.
