Situated at the intersection of Princeton, Crestline and Briar Rds. this location is particularly fabulous as you are across from the bus stop and at a very social part of the neighborhood where many people pass as they walk the neighborhood, yet the yard has lots of mature plantings which makes for privacy when you want that. The house is a split level with an impressive real stone and newer vinyl siding exterior with a large family addition and renovations and improvements throughout. Enter the house via a gracious stone walkway and immediately you will appreciate the open concept of this remodeled home. From the foyer you will love the 6inch wide solid hardwood flooring that extends through the first floor and up to the bedroom level. To the left find the spacious 24x14 living room with a stone-faced, wood-burning fireplace and a large bay window. The kitchen is at the rear of the house, accessed either straight back from the foyer, or from the living room. The beautifully renovated kitchen has everything today's buyers want: gas cooking, white 42in cabinets (Century Kitchens) with soft close more drawers than doors for improved functionally, a gourmet appliance package consisting of: BOSCH Oven/Microwave:, VIKING Dishwasher ELECTROLUX 6-burner Cooktop and VIKING Refrigerator, a window above the sink overlooking the rear yard, and an open flow to the Dining Room. French doors in the Dining Room lead to a large raised flagstone patio with composite railing. Off the Dining Room there is a spacious 17x17 Family Room with loads of windows to appreciate the mature landscaping on the lot. Up a half flight of stairs find the original master bedroom (20x13) with double reach-in closets. The ensuite bathroom has a sliding barn door and is updated with a double vanity, stall shower and sliding barn door style shower door. Two more bedrooms are in the rear of the house (12x14~ and 13x14) both with rear and side windows and share an updated hall bathroom. The spacious walk-in laundry is on this level with side-by-side Washer/Dryer (gas), a laundry sink, storage and large linen closet. The new master bedroom suite is located up another half flight of stairs and has upgraded wall-to-wall carpeting. The MBR suite is very large with a large bathroom with RADIANT floor heating, a double vanity, soaking tub and a stall shower with body jets, shower head and hand spray. There are two closets for the master suite: a walk-in closet and a reach-in closet. Note: depending upon the needs of the next owners, the owners suite could be the original master or the new Master. From just outside the master suite there are steps up to another level where there a large attic that provides abundant storage space. From the main level go down a half-flight to the family room that is spacious with built-ins, a full-size refrigerator, a wine refrigerator and wet bar and butcher block countertop. Also on this level is an updated powder room, mechanical room with pantry storage and access to the crawl space. In 2014 as part of the whole house renovation, the siding was replaced, the electrical panel upgraded to 200AMPs, a separate heat pump HVAC system was installed to service the master suite and the hall bathroom (the main HVAC system (2012) uses Natural Gas). The roof was replaced in 2018; the driveway repaved in 2019 and in 2020 the water heater was replaced. The windows were newer when the buyer purchased in 2014.
