School leadership can be good, but they lack the support from district in handling things appropriately. Can be a great school, but lacks the consistency to do so. Plus, there are a few teachers you just have to shack your head at because they probably can’t even handle their own kids. It really is a Stanton family though. During my senior year and during university I realized how poorly the school had prepared me for college. College bound students for any intense careers, such as medicine. The college bound students coming from McKean are not put into the best spots. AP courses are offered but not as many as should be. "Not enough grass area for the dogs to go except in peoples yards. Unless you have to take them to the park which sometimes you have kids there that want to pet the dog and makes it hard for the dog to use the bathroom!"
