One bedroom available for rent with a shared bathroom in a 3 bed 2 bath house.

Great location, walking distance to multiple grocery stores and park. Lease terms are negotiable. There are lots of street parking and the home is furnished.

About me: I am 34 male working a full-time job as a consultant. I don't smoke, or drink, and pretty easygoing.

I am looking for an easy going, quiet roommate with a full-time job who doesn't smoke.

If tenants moves out early then security deposit will be forfeited.
