The neighbors look out for one another and take pride in their community. The city has taken a bigger interest as well as the residents in keeping Highland Park clean, quiet, safe & serene. "

    "I’ve never had any issues for five years staying here. All of the neighbors are friendly and everyone know each other. The most part I like about being in this neighborhood is having Lights during the storm while everyone else lights are out. I don’t have to worry about break-ins. I love how quiet it is the only thing I don’t like about it is when the loud cars are driving up and down the road."
